1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Service. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Please also read our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, which are incorporated by reference.
2. Description of the Service
The Service provides football statistics, analytics, odds information and statistical probability tools. It may include:
- Match and team statistics
- Odds and market information (not tied to a specific bookmaker)
- Statistical probability and 'ticket' tools that simulate bets without real money
- Free and paid/premium features
3. Eligibility and Local Law Compliance
- The Service is intended for adults 18+ (or higher if your local law requires).
- You are responsible for ensuring the Service is legal where you use it.
- You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
4. Accounts and Security
Some parts are public; others require an account. You must provide accurate information, keep your password confidential, and not share your account. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate if we reasonably believe these Terms are breached or the Service is misused.
5. Subscriptions, Renewal and Refunds
Pro is a paid subscription billed monthly or yearly through our payment providers (for example Stripe or Whop). You may need to accept their terms. We do not store full card numbers or CVV.
Automatic renewal
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each paid period, for the same period and at the price shown when you subscribed, and your payment method is charged, until you cancel.
How to cancel
You can cancel at any time before the end of your current paid period, either in your profile under Manage subscription, or by email to [email protected] from the email address on your account. Cancellation stops the next charge; you keep Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Cancel in time
A cancellation counts only if it is made in your profile, or received by us by email, before the renewal date. If you cancel after a renewal has already been charged, the cancellation applies to the end of that new period.
Renewal charges are not refunded
It is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date. We do not refund a renewal charge, in whole or in part, because you forgot to cancel, cancelled late, did not use the service, or did not intend to renew. Partial periods are not refunded, unless the law requires otherwise.
Lifetime price guarantee
The price of your subscription never goes up while it stays active. Every renewal is charged at the price you subscribed at, even if our prices for new subscribers rise. The guarantee applies to the plan you hold, monthly or yearly. If you switch plan, the new plan starts at its price on the day you switch, and that price is then guaranteed. The guarantee ends when your subscription ends, because you cancelled and your paid period ran out, or because a renewal payment finally failed. A new subscription starts at the price shown on that day. Only a change in a tax we must charge by law, such as VAT, can change the amount of a renewal.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, your subscription ends once the payment provider’s retries fail.
6. Free Plan
Without a Pro subscription your account stays on the Free plan, with limited features. You can subscribe to Pro at any time; a new subscription starts a new paid period under section 5.
7. Acceptable Use
- Do not violate any laws or use the Service if you are under 18.
- No bots/scrapers without written permission; do not extract or reuse large portions of data.
- Do not operate a commercial betting tips/analytics service using our outputs without consent.
- Do not disrupt or attempt to bypass security or access controls.
- Do not attempt to access other users' accounts.
- Do not transmit unlawful, harmful, abusive or defamatory content.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all content is owned by ProVision Entertainment s.r.o. or its licensors. We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, distribute, publicly display, or use our content commercially without prior written consent.
9. User-Generated Content
If you submit content (e.g., usernames, feedback, comments), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute it in connection with the Service. You must not submit content that infringes on third-party rights or contains illegal material.
10. No Betting or Financial Advice
- We do not provide financial, investment or betting advice.
- We do not accept or place bets and are not a gambling operator.
- Any prediction or 'ticket' feature is a simulation with no real money.
- Odds are informational only and may not be up to date.
11. Third-Party Services
The Service may contain links to or integrations with third-party services (e.g., Stripe for payments, Google for authentication). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms.
If you connect an AI app such as Claude or ChatGPT to your account, it works on your instructions: it can read your Pro Finder data and, if you allow it, change your saved views and filters. Its answers are its own, not advice from us (see section 10). You can disconnect it at any time in Profile → Connected apps.
We operate a partner (affiliate) program. If you reach the Service through a partner link, a referral cookie may be used to credit that partner for your signup or subscription, as described in our Privacy Policy. This does not affect the price you pay. Participation in the partner program itself is governed by our separate Affiliate Program Terms.
12. Disclaimers
- The Service is provided 'as is' and 'as available'.
- We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, uptime, error-free operation, or any particular outcome/profit.
- We are not responsible for third-party sites or actions you take there.
13. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill.
- Our total liability is limited to fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim; if none, liability is zero.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
15. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you breached these Terms, misused the Service, or are required by law to do so. Sections that should survive will continue to apply.
16. Changes to the Service and to these Terms
We may change or discontinue parts of the Service and update these Terms. We will update the 'Last updated' date and, where required, provide additional notice. Continued use means acceptance; otherwise, stop using the Service.
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Czech law. Courts of the Czech Republic have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.
18. Other Important Terms
- Entire agreement: Terms + Privacy Policy + Disclaimer.
- Severability: invalid parts do not affect the rest.
- No waiver: not enforcing a right is not a waiver.
